Draught, after the very long (and off-putting) settling process, a becomes a light brown colour with a thick foamy (and unnaturaql looking) white head. Aroma is of swet caramal and slightly metallic. Quite metallic again in the mouth, a weak and watery mouthfeel, the flavouring is earthy malt. Why people would drink this I am not sure.

440ml can from Sainsburys. Chestnut colour with thick tight beige head. Ooh, one of those new fangled nitro widgets!!! Remember when this was a proper beer and not Exra Smooth. Creamy bitter aroma. It has that typical forced nitro aroma. Some creamy caramel. Thin, bland in mouth. Finish has some maltiness. Bit of faint tingle masquerading as hops. Depressing and poor. So dull and bland.

Sampled in London this summer. Went down very smooth and had a great pour and took a long time to settle. Aroma was nice but dark appearance was key. Flavor was nice with hints of heated spices. Very nice beer

Clear copper-amber brown color, creamy steady off-white head. Nutty hoppy aroma, slightly metallic. Watery, smooth mouthfeel - similar to Kilkenny. Nutty hoppy, ashy flavor. Some faint late bitterness. Hoppy water it is.

The aroma isn’t the best in the world, partly due to the head. But the beer makes up for this, just make sure the head isn’t so big. Very smooth beer, good dark colour, and tasty flavours. Best smooth in a can.

the first ale i actually enjoyed drinking, a reasonable taste with no gas makes it good for a yardy.

Can. Amber colour with a medium rather short lasting off-whitish head. Sweet malty and caramel aroma. Waterish mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet, bit roasty maltiness, some biitterness. Bitter sweetish finish.

Bottle. Head was average with a creamy white appearance that lasted. Good lacing. Light brownish color. Aroma was grain, leather, fruit and herbal and slight hoppy notes as well. Light bodied with a light bitter-sweet balanced flavor. Texture is slightly dry and crisp with an average carbonation. Light bitter finish that has a short duration.
