Draught. At Pub Italia, Ottawa. Poured slightly hazy amber-copper with a typical lasting white draught head. Aroma malty, nutty, hint of caramel and pehaps hops. Taste is a typical macro bitter - not really fresh enough, but malty enough to hide the hint of adjuncts I was picking up, pretty thin but creamy mouthfeel. Wouldn’t bother ordering this in the UK, but for an Ontario pub it’s a beacon of welcome amidst all the InBev crap we usually see.

Medium thick white head, copper colour. Creamy, rather light but with a bitter end. A nice drink

Nice appearance and flavour is alright for a nitro keg. feels nice in the mouth which is the main thing for smiths, good session if theres only lager.

On tap at Pub Italia in Ottawa. It’s interesting to see the different ratings of this on tap and in the can, there’s quite a big difference between the two. I had it on tap which seems to be the way to go. Pours a clear orangey brown with a large lasting creamy white head. Good lacing. It looks great! The aroma and flavour of caramel malt and light hops are much too mild. It’s enjoyable -- It’s creamy, smooth and lightly bitter -- but it’s just too light for me.

Can with a nitro widget. Amber colour with a creamy off white head. Faint malty aroma with a light caramel sweetness. Thin watery taste with only a very weak maltyness.

Canned. Copper coloured with big creamy head. Aroma of weak malt with weak caramellish hints. Flavour is weak and mainly sweet malty with a bit bitterness to the end.
