May 11, 2009 Clear light amber coloured beer with small off-white head it creamy. Malty roasted aroma. A wattery palate. Finish is bitter ending more malty and roasted.

Apr 30, 2009 Draught: Nice head and color. It did have a unique smooth sensation. Mild taste. Wouldn’t mind having another. Would rate it the best of the standard pub brews while visiting the UK.

Dark copper colour with massive off-white head. Very weak aroma. Flavour is bitter. When it gets warmer some chocolate comes out. Very smooth, no carbonation.

Mar 7, 2009 True to its name - bitter. Yes, there’s fruit, spice and sweet nuances to it, but ultimately, this brew taste like a concoction straight from a laboratory; not a brewery. The beverage is smooth but, not to the extent you would go ga ga over. Mediocre.
