This is my favorite english bitter. I lived off of it while in England.

More or less like the Extra Smooth - but without nitrogen.

Cask-conditioned. Mid-brown appearance, bubbly head. A load of malt and some hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly good.

Drank a lot of this while in England with the USAF, excellent drinking beer, low on the alcohol, looks great in a crystal mug by the fire in any pub in East Anglia.

It is ok, but I think many confused this with the special smooth, which is in a red can.

Cask in the alfread herring. Alround rating: Malty sweet, nutty, thin, hop character is low but its still balanced and quite tasty.

Looks similar to John Smiths Extra Smooth. The beer has little aroma with a slighly creamy head and hoppy flavour. Probably just better than the extra smooth.
