Pours a hazy cloudy orangish yellow under a very fizzy white head that faded very quickly. The nose is grassy wheat with some accents of coriander and orange peel. Some fluffy yeast. Spice and yeast dominate the flavor up front, but the spice takes over on the finish. A good dose of yeast influence throughout. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with fizzy prickly carbonation. A servicable enough Belgian White, but not one that stands out from the crowd. BDR (2170), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 21, 2007 All around decent. Doesn’t have the yeasty character that one would hope for with this style, and thus its kind of boring. pepsican (885), The Student Ghetto, Iowa, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 17, 2007 Pours gold with little head. Notes of citrus and and bread in the aroma. Has a heavy wheat flavor with a bit of spice and banana with just a touch of citrus. I’d bump the flavor up higher but every bottle I get has one sip where I taste a bit of soap (?) strange. Thin going down but sticky after, interesting enough. Very refreshing and drinkable. BrianHagmeier (257), Coralville, Iowa, USA

Its got a very citrus, yeast and malt aroma and a flavor that reflects that. I have to agree with “hey-kevin” I think Im going to drink a lot of this beer this winter. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Oct 28, 2007 An OK wit. Clear gold color, rather than cloudy like it should be. Mild coriander and light wheat with minimal spice. Thin on the palate. They got the flavor right, but it could be a little more full bodied. Skyview (4095), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
