Aroma of wheat and citrus. Strong coriander flavor with an orange finish. For a witbier, this is pretty good. WeeHeavySD (3000), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA

Pours light golden yellow with a 2 finger fluffed bright white head. The nose is light and fragrant reminiscent of a Belgian Wit. The taste is decent albeit thin and fleeting. Tastes ok, is it great? No, is it good? maybe. Above a drain pour below everday drinkable. Pailhead (2597), Allen Park, Michigan, USA

Bottle: Lemony aroma with light banana, yeast, faint orange peel, and pepper. It pours a hazy pale yellow with moderate amounts of sediment. The head is white, fizzy, and diminishes quickly. The flavor starts with a combination of lemon (candy-like), orange, and faint banana. The finish has some light peppery notes. I’m not a huge fan of the lemon candy flavors. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 6, 2007 Pours a medium golden with small white head and some floaties. Fairly heavy nose of corriander and citrus. Flavor is mild citrus, spices, malts, and wheat. Very refreshing and zesty. I really did not expect much from this one but it really suprised me. artvandelay (32), Ames, Iowa, USA

Taste is orange with hints of wheat. Perfect amount of carbonation continues throughout. Medium body. Finish is a little floral. Respectable Wit. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 2, 2007 A very mild rendition that ends up more cloying than refreshing. Would prefer it to be sharper and with better attenuated flavors. Things are kind of muddled in there. Some orange, some coriander, some hay notes, some grass, some dust. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 7, 2007 I’ve been wanting a weizen glass or two and recently purchased a couple Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat "ITS4U" glasses at River’s Bend. The first glass was inaugurated by Magic Hat Circus Boy. This will be the inaugural tasting for the other glass...
4/07/2007: John’s Generations White Ale is a hazy, pale yellow color. It has a small, foamy white crown and a hefty amount of vigorous carbonation. The aroma has some citrus (orange/lemon) and corriander in it. The flavor is lemon zest with a healthy dose of corriander spice. There is a light floral hop bitterness. The finish has an interesting metallic/sour tanginess at the very end, but it doesn’t linger too long. The mouthfeel is lively and the body is medium-light. Overall this isn’t bad, but it’s a pretty typical American-made Belgian White...
