A nice spicy flavor, with citrus notes; would like a little more "beer" however. Finely carbonated, overall very nice! KingpinIPA (842), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Taste of HOLY CLOVE AND SPICES, malt, hints of flowers, citrus and hops. I like the clove and citrus thing going on here. Decent beer. kimcgolf (832), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 12, 2007 I really enjoyed this witbier from a brewer I had never heard of. Poured to a hazy golden with good carbonation, medium white head and okay lacing. Aroma of bread, spices, and fruit, with a very tasty clove-wheat-fruit taste. Carbonation and clove made it tingly on the tongue, all leading to a refreshing finish.
I doubt that I’ll find this beer in Atlanta, but would get more if I could. HogTownHarry (4002), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2007 Bottle (12oz). Via trade with Iowaherkeye. Clear bubbly pale yellow, small fizzy white head. Mild wit aroma - soft wheat, mild spice, sweet fruit malt with a mild emphasis on banana and apple - a little too mild. Taste is much like the aroma, but there’s a good bit of grassy/herbal hop character too - very crisp and refreshing. Light, watery body, could be a bit livelier, no aftertaste and a decent herbal/fruit finish - not bad. frankenkitty (1902), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 3, 2007 Light golden on the pour, slightly hazed. A white head would hold longer under better conditions (rinsing out your tasting glass between samples helps in most aspects of beer tasting, but it isn’t conducive to a healthy head reaction). Light sulphur notes detract slightly from healthy yeasts that present themselves as an excess of perfumed florals. Sweet & floral flavor finds delicate lemon notes before a sweet yet biscuity finish. A bit watery but the flavors here are quite nice. The best Millstream of the evening.

Exceeded expectations with a relatively robust, yeasty flavor accented by citrusy flavors...would drink this beer again SubstanceT (1090), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA
