Jun 22, 2005 The aroma is pears and apricots. The appearance is a murky yellow with little head. A rather mild flavor consisting of lemons and pears. A somewhat doughy presence. This is a damn good summer beer, simple and light with some good flavors. Thanks Heemer!

Jun 21, 2005 This was pretty decent. That tangy ranch kind of flavor in most whites, but lots of wheat and lots o’ hops and lemon and orange zest. definitely some corriander and some of that orange fruit breezers gum scent to it. thanks heem for the bottle.

Jun 21, 2005 a fine brew i aquired from heemer. a very cloudy deep yellow color with a solid white head. Lots of corriander and peppercorn in the aroma to go along with the very wheaty character. Very light on the taste, has a big dough presence with definite yeast and light citrus zest. Decent, just not alot of body.

They got this one pretty much right. Spicy, aromatic, a little creamy. Nice year-round. And a nice way to drink in honor of my favorite beer store!

Jun 6, 2005 Thanks to Heemer77 for this one. 12oz bottle. Served at ~55° in a pint glass. Lightly orange tinted yellow with a small off white head. Good carbonation, but not excessive. Very light bottle conditioning, in fact you can only tell by the small amount of yeast on the bottom of the bottle. Aroma is crisp, lemony, yeasty, orange peels, and corriander; spicy. The taste is bitterish orange peels and spicy corriander, with an almost peppery flavor. The finsh is orange peels. I would like to see more bottle conditoning, but this is a tasty wit.

May 29, 2005 Cloudy straw colored with a small, white head. Aroma is hay, grain and yeast. Sweet lemon taste that comes across as crisp initially but becomes dull. More flavors or coriander and orange.

May 29, 2005 2004 bottle from EDA. Pours out a hazy yellow color with lots of sediment chunks floating around. Orange, lemon and coriander aroma, very full of spice nose, almost too much. Light to medium bodied with pleasant carbonation level. Spicey flavor, a bit peppery, with plenty of citrus on the taste buds. A very decent representation of a Wit.

Hazy orange, with a thin head, tangy, with lots of orange flavor. Very nice after just finishing some yard work
