Dark beige colour. Flowery aroma with slight coriander, orangey notes, and lots of spice & phenol. Fruity even. A lot going on in the aroma. Tastes fresh, fruity, orangey. Fun rendition of the style. Thanks to hey_kevin for sending this my way!

Bottle brought back from my Milwaukee vacation. Bottled in June (I assume ’05 - at least I hope). Poured a light to medium and hazy yellow color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of stronger cloves, yeast and some lemons. Tastes of lemons, wheat, lighter spices (lot less than the aroma), and oranges. Very drinkable on a hot summer day. Thinner body for my tastes.

(Bottle) Pours a cloudy maize body with a small, quickly diminishing, white head. Aroma of caramel, corriander, clove, orange peel, and banana. Spicy, yeasty flavor with a somewhat acidic palate.

Bottle thanks to Duane: Pours a cloudy bright golden with suspended fine particulate yeast and a thin, wispy white ring of head. Sweet, lightly bready yeasty aroma has some mild malted wheat, lemon zest, and a touch of peppery coriander. Body starts lightly malty and sweet with a slightly fizzy carbonation balanced with an authentic citrus and coriander spice character and yeasty presence. A nice witbier.

Pours a hazy orange golden with a thin fizzy white head. Sweet, well spiced aroma. Body is thin, lightly sweet with plenty of citrus and coriander. Finishes sticky and lightly bitter. Very smooth and drinkable, a good witbier.

Bottle... GABF RB Tasting ’06... Clear, straw-colored ale with a small, frothy, white head. Breadsy, lightly phenolic aroma. Mildly sweet, fruity flavor with soft bitterness and spice. Light-bodied with a coarse mouthfeel and gentle carbonation. Finishes spicy and dry. Thanks go out to DenverLogan for providing the bottle!

No head to speak of; fully hazy yellow beer. Overwhelming coriandersoup nose, and salty cookies. Sweetish-coriander soup or lemonade, seen the serving temperature. Almdudler or such horror, way too perfumey. Sticky, not refreshing enough. Ugh. Excellent example how a wit ought not to be conceived.
