Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

bottle. Pours hazy gold with enormous rocky head. Aroma of yeast, fruit, with slight sourness. Flavor is thin but delightful, with slight sourness. Pomegranite or some other unidentified fruitiness. Nice and dry.

Bottle courtesy of bgburdman9. Pours a slightly cloudy gold colour with a big white head, lots of carbonation, and some lacing. Big funky aroma with some brett notes and some sourness. Little lacking in the flavour department: just thin. Some nice tart notes with a little spice but also something akin to ?soap? Okay I suppose but not a favourite of mine.

The first thing that strikes me is one of the most beautiful heads that I had see in a long time. Very Fluffy eggshell white that just didn’t want to go away. Lovely spices are pornounced w/ just a hint of tartness.

Thanks to dpjuart for sharing. Cloudy orange with a thick, foamy white head. Super funky barnyard aroma with apples, pears, brett, bread, honey, and clove notes. Damn clean, bright, and funky taste. Apples, oranges, light fruits, barnyard, cinnamon, cloves, honey and allspice. Fantastic funky, acidic finish. Insanely drinkable.

Bottle pours a hazy straw color with a full bubbly head. Has a citrus/lemon aroma. Lots of lemon flavor with hints of pear and coriander. very effervescent. Somewhat medicinal similar to Alka-Seltzer.

Pours hazy straw color with white head. Sour, funky aroma. Slightly tart flavor with citrus, wood, and earthiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Not as spicy and yeasty as most saisons, but it is a very nice beer.
