| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 27, 2008 12 oz bottle courtesy of mreusch. Pours a cloudy amber-orange with a dense, white, meringue-like head. The nose is a pleasant blend of lightly funky Belgian yeast, citrus and a light fruity spice. Light-bodied and thin with creamy-soft carbonation and a short, lightly dry finish. Lightly spicy and musty Belgian yeast over tart citrus ending with in a quick, dry finish; a soft and enjoyable saison. Thanks again for the bottle, Matt. hogan873 (334), Joliet, Illinois, USA

Sour, yeasty aroma with definite notes of grapefruit and spice. A lot of carbonation on the palate. Flavor is good. Much like the aroma, sour and yeasty. Grapefruit and sour apple. The aftertaste is a bit chalky and sticky. Pretty good beer, though. joekinty (263), rockledge, Florida, USA
