Pours a cloudy golden color with a large fluffy white head that leaves bit of sticky lacing. Aroma is spice, fruit, a bit of funk, and hairspray. The taste is dry, straw-like funk, citrus and floral notes, and a hint of sourness. nightrider (380), encinitas, California, USA

Dry, crisp and lively. light bodied and very drinkable. Fresh, light citric acidity. Elegant and lively, Uncomplicated with the drinkability of a lambic, but even more sparkling. Not minblowing, but a superbly drinkable beer.
