Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

750 mL bottle. Straw golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, cedar and yeast. Great full bodied taste of yeast, faint but sharp hops and some faint citrus. Nice funky finish.

Bright yellow colour with a thin offwhite head and very nice lacing. Nice Belgian brett funk, citrus lemony and orange peel, with slight dried appricot aroma.  Flavor follows aroma, with mild brett yeast funk, floral esters, and traces of clove and tartness. Very light on alcohol with balanced vegetal, spice and sweet citrus finish. Very nice example of saison style,

75 cl bottle, batch 311/312. Pours a hazy, blond color, huge billowy off-white head. Aroma is apples, some earthy funk, citrus, sour but big on spices; malts, yeast, and hops. Flavor is sweet, spicy malts, wheat, spicy yeast, earthy, and grapefruity citrus. Mouthfeel is lighter, dry, well carbonated and an acidic finish. A very good beer, very good saison.

Bottle, 1pt 9.4 fl oz batch 367/368. Sweet honey and barnyard brett with citrus fruit. Tall rocky white head that lingers and leaves lacing on the glass. Sweet malt, lemony citrus and bitter brett flavor that last into the long finish.

(Bottle, batch 354/355) Poured pale golden and almost clear with medium sized, creamy and white head. Aroma was spice, peppery, fruity and sour. Palate was medium bodied and dry with quite high carbonation. Flavours were sourness, grass, fruitiness, light spiciness, bitterness and hint of sweetness. Sour and bit hoppy aftertaste.

(bottle - 750 ml) Light hazy golden pour with a ton of white foam and lots of carbonation. Aroma is slightly spicy and dry with a mild sweetness and a very mild sour note. Flavor is tart and dry at the start. Very dry and earthy in the middle with a dry and tart finish. Almost like a carbonated chardonnay.

12oz bottle from green’s in columbia. pours a bright, yellow-gold with a thin, bubbly white head and quite a few yeast floaties and solid lacing. aroma is quite nice with big belgian brett funk, barnyard, lemon and orange peel, with a hint of apricot sweetness and cedar wood. flavor is nice as well with lemon zest, mild brett funk, hay, floral esters, and hints of clove with tart notes of cherry and apple cider vinegar. palate is light, highly carbonated, and maybe a bit thin and watery with a short, cedar wood and tart lemon finish. overall, a solid saison.

Subtle fruit taste with a striking champagne finish...mainly from the carbonation. I smelt and tasted cherries and oranges. It felt soft, crisp & buttery on my tongue.
