Sample courtesy of Sparky27 at the hellbilly holiday tasting. Pours a nice red-brown with a lasting foamy head. Aroma of cherries, light grapes and vinegar. Nice tart fruity flavor. Nice funky, dry finish. Very good. Thanks Eric!

Batch 253 sampled at hellbilly*s holiday tasting. Pours a cloudy iced tea amber with a light tan head. Nose is sour cherries, dried fruits, light balsamic vinegar and malt. Taste is tart cherries, light funk, lemon peel with a wet cardboard like finish. Very dry prickly mouth feel. Good stuff.

Bottle - 75 cl. Heads up for an excellent work with the labels. Dark and amber-golden that is almost clear with a white head. I scent citrus and almonds and something like lactose. The taste is calm, sourish and not very powerfull. I taste vinegar, some orange-peel and tonicwater

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a white head. Spices, lightly acidic woodiness. Brett, dry with fruit esters of apricot, grape, and cherry. Woody resolve with a light etoh warming.

tons of sour.tart chocolate malts ... pours a basic brown with a great looking head .. earthy, wine barrel aromas .. i am ready to get 86ed ... light fruit also ...clean, not overly dry.. subtle yet defined ... sour notes, not ripe apples, mellow. i could drink this right after running the boston marathon ... nice stuff from JP...

750ml bottle. Poured a cloudy copper brown in color with a beige head that left little lacing on the glass. Aroma of toffee, caramel, with some spice and solid notes of brett. Tastes of light lemon citrus, spices with the sweeter malty base but as it warms the brett notes come out strong and make this very enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a murky copper color, topped with a moderate sized off-white head. Aroma of wild yeast, soap, oak, malt and spice. Flavor is very enticing, with spice and malt nicely complimented by wild yeast, wood, and floral notes. Nice beer.
