Oct 12, 2007 Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 12 oz bottle. Medium golden, murky, with a long lasting sticky snow white head. Lemon and vinegary aroma with hints of coriander. Crisp, fresh flavor which leans heavily to the sour side of the spectrum. Similar flavor accents find their way from the aroma to the taste buds. Hints of sour cherries, vinegar with some lemony notes as well. Very different for a wit - but I have come to expect sourness when I buy Jolly Pumpkin now. Spritzy mouthfeel. Decent.

Oct 8, 2007 A great witbier. Slightly different than its competitors in that it retains the slightly sour nature of the JP family (secondary to brewing technique). Nice coriander, spice components without being overpowering. Finish could be a little cleaner for this style. Overall a good brew, but there are better offerings by this brewery.

Oct 3, 2007 Bottle from canals in Jersey. Clear yellow pour with big head. Orange and spice aroma. Heavy carbonation taste, a little thin and bland for me. It was ok.

Oct 1, 2007 [12 oz bottle] Nice yellow color, with a very slight haze. Pours with a dense white head, diminishes into a short layer. Funky brett aroma, with loads of yeast and lemony citrus. Tart wheat flavors, with some musty oak and lemon. Finishes super dry, with some spicy coriander and plenty of funk character. Overall, an excellent beer, really complex and funky, but so drinkable. Outstanding.

Sep 30, 2007 12oz bottle. Cloudy yellow/amber with a medium head and lots of white floaters. Aroma of citrus/lemon, brett, wheat and spices. Taste was sour and funky. Tangy texture. Light body. Candy in a glass.

Sep 20, 2007 12 oz bottle from Capones. Hazy golden in color with a medium to large head. Aroma of musty yeast, brett, light sour citrus, coriander. Taste is musty wit yeast, brett, light sour fruit, with spices (coriander). Finishes tart and spicy. awesome wit bier.

Sep 10, 2007 Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon and orange. Very wine-like. Nice mouthfeel. Flavor is sour, with a lemony touch to it. Not as flavorful as I would have thought. I expected more of a wine-like taste to it. A decent sour, but not my favorite.
