Nice aroma of wheat and spice, pours a clear light yellow, with a quickly fading white head, and just a light speckling of yeast floating within. Wonderful crisp taste, nice spicing, and carbonation to lift it all off the tongue. Amazingly tasty on a sweaty summer night.

Hazy, ugly, but quite luminous yellow pour with white light cast forth. A tall white, rocky head is very well retained and leaves thick webs of lacing behind, eventually. Spice dominates the nose in the form of notes of pepper, yeast and crisp, unripened citrus. Quickly following are aromas of oak, vanilla, tangerine and sweet mandarin nectar, alcohol that really shouldn’t be noticeable at such a low strength. Banana and wheat notes round out the nose. The flavor is incredibly spicy and peppery, with yeast spiraling forward like a stormcloud. Bitterness is mild, acidity is moderate, sweetness medium. Finishes very dry, yeasty and spicy. the mouthfeel is light, crisp, gritty and lively due to robust carbonation and engrossing tannins. A pretty wild witbier.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a copious white head. Spicy nose with just a touch of twang. Light, refreshing body with loads of carbonation. Orange and spice come to the front and dissolve into a nice crisp finish.

Pours a very light golden color. Slight head that disipates rather quickly. Smell is spicy, but somewhat reserved. Smell is carbonated, with some wine like flavors. I’m getting some lemon zest as well as some white grapes. Very crisp, refreshing and easy drinking. Not the funk bomb that is anticipated, but a good beer nonetheless.

Bottle. Pours hazy bubbly gold with floaters, white head. Aroma is coriander, nutmeg, lemon, banana, wheat. Flavor is the same, very wheaty and slightly musty funky bleu cheese.

Strong aroma of orange and coriander. Pours light yellow, clear, with a moderate head. Mild mouth feel with a spicy, lightly tart flavor. All around excellent beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy brownish yellow with a fizzy white head that quickly recedes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing. It has some chunky yeasties in the bottom.

The aroma is musty yeast, wheat, some floral hops and sweet and tart citrus.

The flavor is musty earthy yeast with some peppery spices and some tart and slightly sour citrus. The mouthfeel is is medium with a ton of sharp carbonation.

Overall, an enjoyable lighter beer. It’s interesting for a wit - a little more tart fruits than spices. This is more of what I was expecting from the Bam Biere.

Hazy golden with a torrent of carbonation coming off the bottom. Big off white head. Sweet fresh floral, light yeast and citrus aroma. Taste is very different from your normal Witbier. Very light, but is tart with a dry finish. Light and refreshing. When it comes down to it, I enjoy the taste but there just isn’t enough there for me.
