bottle. Huge head that quits down but resembles Chouffe Houblon. Mildly sweet aroma. Taste is a well balanced blend of spices and citrus. Very smooth with low carbonation. Great for a hot day. Cheers!

Bottle. Pours a golden straw color, with a big foamy white head, no lacing. Smells spicy with some sweet citrus at first, with a few yeasty notes here and there. It tastes super tart for a witbeer, kinda like sour lemons, finishes drier than an Arizona summer. Super carbonated... it’s got some bite too it too. Kind of weird overall for a witbeer, but interesting in a decent way.

Bottle. Worked pretty well for me in the end. Typical coriander spiceyness and slight lemony tart characters. This was better in the fact that it had a lovely refreshing sour edge, certainly much more interesting than your average wit, although there was still something missing.

funkey bacterial aroma (infecto?) waay more sunkey than i was expecting from a white beer supposed to wash some pizza down - . kinda dissapointing aroma actually. smells like it might be bad, if so, second bad beer from foodery II. Well, it’s spicy, kinda spunky. I think it’s probably supposed to be this way. I really don’t like this combo of spices, it crops up every so often, though usually not in witbiers. IT’s like some kinda coriander overload with mustard seeds and vegetables / parsley rhubarb. effin yuck, still a good quality beer but I hate what they did with the style - not to my taste at all. Extremely tart-sour palate, all lemon. Boo. finishable but not one to return to.

750ml bottle pours hazy golden with a big white head that stays briefly and then fades with little lacing. Aromas of yeast, brett, orange, and corriander. Flavors of nice lemon, orange, some yeast, and a good amount of the usual brett funk that you find in JP brews. Lively carbonation and light body finish is dry. Pretty nice brew overall. Very unique wit..

Bottle. I’m really happy I have more. Aroma sour citrus, lemony a tad of yeast. Poured a hazen golden, bright, light white cap. Flavor was of orange peel and spice. Palate was tart and lively with a nice mouthfull creamy bubbliness. Finish was actually quite quick with a rather dry tail. I really enjoyed this stuff.

Bottle sampled with Steggosaurus. Pours hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of citrus, fruit, smells like champange. Flavor is carbonated, sour, and citrus. drinkable, but not enjoyable.

Light gold color, white head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is corriander, yeast, citrus. Bubly, heavily carbonated "full" mouthfeel at first that dies down over time. Initial taste is spicy, really spicy, and tart with a citrusy and cleansing mid taste and finsh. The finish is also a bit tart. The tartness is great in combination with the style of beer. What a refreshing summer sipper and far from your "paint by number’s" typical wit beers. Thanks Tom.

Additional notes I was lucky enough to pick up a six pack and I have noticed a few more things about the beer, first of all, it is rife with brett. Brett in the aroma, brett in the taste, brett everywhere. It is good, but this beer doesn’t seem to be a wit anymore, it is more akin to a Ommegeddon. It is still very, very nice, but where is the balance?
