Jul 31, 2009 On tap at Sugar Maple. Golden yellow with a moderate sized white head that fades away quickly. Aroma of yeast, toasted malt, mild fruit peel and mild sourness with a dash of citrus for good measure. Taste pretty much follows the aroma, probably the least sour or barrel-esque of the beers I’ve had from the jubilant squash. Light and went down easy but otherwise just okay.

Buttery with lactic acid.

Jul 26, 2009 Bottle, clear pale yellow color, stingy small bubbled white head. Lightly sour aroma with notes of the coriander. Taste is tart belgian white flavors with a wine like finish.

Jul 26, 2009 Bottle - What can I say? Jolly Pumpkin does it for me. Pours a light yellow with a huge white head. Smells of orange, lemon, and sour funk. Taste is sour apple, oak, and dry citrus. It’s smooth, effervescnt, and has a dry finish without much aftertaste. Just refreshing as hell. I have four more JP brews in my cellar, and can’t wait to tackle them all.

Jul 18, 2009 Bottled, batch 365: Pours hazy golden with a creamy head. Sourish lemon aroma. Sourish grapefruit, lemon and coriander flavour, there might even be a touch of brett. IMHO there’s just a little bit too much coriander.

Jul 17, 2009 Pours clear golden, hazy towards the bottom of the bottle, with a puffy white one-and-a-half finger head, good lacing. Aroma of lemon, crackers, and spice. Medium body, tart and crisp. Strong coriander and citrus, with some grapefruit, spice and biscuit, with a mild, but long wheat and citrus finish. Well balanced.

Hazy pale golden color, medium white head. Grassy, herbal, hoppy, acidic scent. Acidic, hoppy, lemon taste. Almost mouthpuckering sour mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Jul 13, 2009 75 cl bottle at my garage-tasting 8th. May. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma is fruity with sourness. Flavor is a bit sour, yeast, spice and fruit. Very interesting beer, as always from Jolly Pumpkin.
