An unclear yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy - with ginger being quite strong. The flavor is very carbonated with notes of spices - again strong notes of ginger, but also lesser notes of coriander, leading to a dry end. Less carbonation would do this beer good.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours an unclear, pale golden with a rather tall, white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus and coriander. Rather light-bodied with plenty of fresh fruit, but quite a different fruit profile than in your typical Belgian Wit. Perhaps a wee accent of coconut? Very fresh, would be the perfect summer quencher. 270106

Light hazy yellow. Slightly woody, leathery on the top of the spice. Tart, fairly bland, wheaty. Not much to say.

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of citrus with notes of fruits and spices. Sweet flavour of citrus with notes of fruits and spices.

(750ml bottle) Hazy straw body topped by a white gusher of a head (that takes too long to settle). Aroma is fairly pungent -- medium sweet, lemon, orange peel, some pepper. Taste is medium sweet, lemon peel, wheat, coriander. Watery light body.
