Aroma is very funky, lots of citrus and spice. Flavor is citrusy, spicy, slightly tart, and very dry. Palate is light, and there is just way too much carbonation. Eh. Bov (5495), Bienne, Switzerland

Being as I began my beer tasting world on witbiers, I have grown to truly love them. And this one takes the cake. Its combination of orange, coriander, and sour fruits mixes to make a memorable beer. The flavor is a nice tart brett flavor with dry notes - not unlike eating dry cheese. Barnaby (11), Brooklyn, New York, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 18, 2009 Hazy orange with a medium-sized head. Good lacings.
The smell is of wheat, oranges, spices, hints of tobacco and brett. Good, rather mellow. Good balance.
The taste is somewhat sweet with dry wheaty flavors and dry orange notes. Spices (mostly coriander) and mild bretty notes. Very tasty juicy fruit flavors, mostly tart citric notes. Hints of yeast. The finish is dry with note of wheat, fruits and minerals.
Moderate body, rather dry texture. Nicely refreshing carbonation.
A good beer. Very easy to drink. I’m not usually a big fan of witbiers, but this one was rather pleasant.
