Oct 1, 2008 Bottle (75 cl) from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen, Denmark. Hazy mahogny, large fluffy off-white head. Slightly caramelly malt aroma, with funky barnyard notes, and earthy, spicy hops. Dry and bitter with a mild acidity. Very nice.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle. Auburn color, big huge thick foamy head. Spices, dough, toast on the nose. Tastes mix lemons, sourdough, cheese, and those hard to define barnyard flavors. Finishes with a great little hop kick and a warming smoothness. Enjoyable stuff for sure.
