Commercial Description:
Bam is an extra special dog. After surviving being struck by a car, he daily somehow manages to avoid being carried away by the largish birds of prey gliding overhead, riding unseen thermals. Bam's tenacity seems only to be surpassed by his oversized personality. Join us in this celebration of his excess. More malt, more hops, same vivacious personality.

Cloudy brown with a red hue, lasting off-white head, leaving fine lace. Aroma has grapefruit, grassy hops with complex undertones. Dry and bitter flavour with caramel and biscuit malty notes and a decent hop flavour. Full body for a 4.7% beer

(large bottle, batch 288/289) hazy dark amber with generous off white head. Floral/citrus hops aroma. Flavor is sour, citrus, brett mustiness in the finish.

Bottle thanks to Bu11zeye from batch #278. Pours a brownish yellowish color with a massive creamy white head that is still there even after the beer is gone. Really incredible head (giggle). Nose is apricots, funk, blue stone, and a little bit of sugar. Taste is dry and salty with more funk but a bit of english toffee as well. I like it.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a tight off-white head covering a murky brown body. Aroma of sour citrus (classic jolly pumpkin wild aroma) with a slight tang and a bit of toffee. Taste is fruity with light brett. Small, sharp bubbles with a dry mouthfeel.

Bottle, batch# 278 thanks to Bu11zeye..... Pours a cloudy brown-red with thick off-white head. Aroma of some wild yeast fermintation, citris and berries....Flavor is very light, some subtle fruit and brett....Mouthfeel is light and fizzy....Overall, it smelled GREAT! Flavor just did not match........

Golden color with off white fluffy heard. A spicy taste toned down a bit with a little fruit sweetness. Almost no alcohol dectible. Has that odd great jolly pumpkin funkyness.
