Aug 27, 2009 Bottle from Bottle Barn. Clear golden brown with a thick foamy tan head. Really nice floral fruit and caramel aroma with some good vanilla notes and a hint of tobacco. The taste is sharp, crisp, and dry with a nice fruity tartness. Some tobacco and leather notes lingering on the back end (reminds me of my wedding night).

Aug 22, 2009 Bottle: Batch 267,268: Dirty cola, not as dark tho, sediment abounds, large rocky sand colored head, sticky lacing. Basement, funk, dankness on the nose. A little powdery sugar pixie stix aroma as well. Hmm, had this bottle for over a year and the hop aspect has certianly died down. Very muted, however it is much more like a Bitter at this time. Seems a little stale however, but it still has this English Bitter Ale quality to it. Fairly tasty!

Aug 19, 2009 Bottle, 75cl. It’s a hazy, reddish golden beer, almost copper-colored, with a big, creamy, off-white head leaving lacings. Citrusy, bretty nose with malts and some general fruityness. slightly citrusy flavor with a hint of caramel, rather funky and fruity. Lasting, bretty finish with some citrus. Medium to full body, quite fizzy, but very smooth. A really nice one, but the funk is too dominant I think. (090612)

Jul 31, 2009 Bottle 75 cl. Large off-white thick bubbly head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of Bretty, citrus, flower, mild wood like notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sweet and acidic flavor. Sour and bitter dry finish. Very nice.

Jul 27, 2009 Pours a muddled reddish brown with a huge off white head. Aroma is sour with a good bit of citrusy hop shining through. Flavor is bitter, slightly sour, with hints of grass, and a little wood.

Jul 20, 2009 Bottle. Deep brown and red with a small off-white head. Aromas are toffee and bubblegum with yeast and light grapefruit. Flavours are chocolate and berries with some lemon. Yeasty with a grapefruit finish. Decent.

Jul 13, 2009 75 cl bottle at my garage-tasting 8th. May. Hazy amber color, fine off-white head. Aroma is kind of sour, with wood and malt. Flavor is sweet malty and has fine sourness. Refreshing beer.
