Commercial Description:
Bam is an extra special dog. After surviving being struck by a car, he daily somehow manages to avoid being carried away by the largish birds of prey gliding overhead, riding unseen thermals. Bam's tenacity seems only to be surpassed by his oversized personality. Join us in this celebration of his excess. More malt, more hops, same vivacious personality.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a creamy white head & lacings. Nose is spicy, butter sweet & hoppy. Medium bodied. Crisp & very dry. Grapefruit notes. Sour, earthy with clear brett notes. Nice & drinkable!

Amber color with a med-lg head. Classic bam aroma with some nice sour/wildness, brettiness, citrus, and funk. Flavor is again classic Bam (as good as any regular Bam batch I’ve had) but a bit more hoppyy/peppery/citrusy with a crisp finish. Awesome.

Bottle 75 cl. Slightly hazy amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some laces. Dry, Bretty aroma. Light-bodied, heavy carbonation, dry accents of fruit and nuts with a whiff of Brett. Lightly astringent finish. An excellent session beer. 291208

Hazy deep amber with a huge beige head. Aroma was sourish and yeasty with farmyard notes. Flavour had brett, sour fruits, wood and yeasty ntoes. Finish sour.

Kind of a deep amber pour with a big old head. Hoppy, funk aroma. Basically tastes like a sour ESB. Fucking awesome, if you ask me.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy deep brown with a mild tan and collapsing tan head. Dry milky and slight brettish aroma. Mild smoked note. Light milky touch to a yeasty note. Smooth citrusy hoppy note. Smooth hoppy finish. Nice one.
