Medium hazy orange amber sparkling hue with a large rocky, foamy, off-white head that mostly lasted and left great lace. Flavor is earthy, nutty, amber malts, and a sour tart finish. Pours orange with yellow hues, white foamy head with good lacing. Notes of apple, pear, citric sour, lots of funk and a caramel not at the end. Sweet taste up front of malt caramel with apple and pear sweetness, then citrusy sour notes with mild funk. N nice sweetness returns at the end, cutting through the sour. Tasty brew. Dry and chalky.
