Commercial Description:
A Delicious Belgian-style IPA, brewed with chestnuts, tapioca, sorghum, agave nectar and loads of the freshest hops money can buy. Fermented with two yeasts for a layered complexity, and dry hopped for a spicy mouthful of fun.

On tap. Poured a clear bronze with an egg shell head. Aroma was full of citrus hops with a bit of underlying spices. Earthy hops were the main flavor I picked up with a bit of spice and yeast underneath.

On tap at the Cafe. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized off white head. Aroma is citrusy and spicy hops, yeast, lemon zest. Flavor is spicy hops, earthy, yeast, citrus. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished ultra dry and extremely bitter. Nice.
