quite an exquisite floral hoppy beer, the aroma is citrusy with shades of roses, grass. It looks and pours great, the taste is a tad tart but not sour by any means.

looks like an IPA i guess, smells sour like a jolly pumpkin. tastes like a jolly pumpkin with a bit of hops... delivers on its promise. it’s hard to say much about these because they’re so unique and one dimensional. good, anyways

I had this one at Dieu du Ciel. The color is golden blonde, with aromas of hops and the taste of coriander and other spicies. There is some bitterness but not long lasting. The aftertaste is very pleasant.

Had this from the cask at Redlight. Poured a cloudy orange color with a thick white head on top. The aroma was yeasty with some citrus fruits and spices. It had that funky smell like almost a musky aroma to it. It tastes of fruits, lots of spice, and a little sour as well. The hops were active in the background as well. It had a lot going on in this one. It is full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel that finishes clean and dry. Another great beer from JP.

Light bronze pour, thick with haze. A farmish aroma with darting notes of pineapple, coriander and almonds. Tastes like the juice of a summer peach, rubbed with a tangy ginger vinaigrette. Some apple and an odd, elusive heavy cream hint. A fragrant, dry gin finish. Palate is tart and dry, lacking slightly in spark. Typical of this brewer for its artfulness and uniqueness. Thanks Phil!

Pours a beautifully clouded auburn color. Head is huge and billowy, with peaks much like freshly whipped meringue. Aroma is spicy and citrusy, some yeast and funk thrown in for good measure. I find myself wanting to continue to inhale. Flavor is bright and spicy, with a nice hop "pop" on the finish. Very amazing beer.

This starts with an aroma of spice, with a certain sourness hiding behind it. It pours an opaque amber, with a thick white head. The flavor is peppery, with a hint of dryness there. Strong presence of spice, with a hint of citrus fruits. Very light palate. I don’t think there’s a Jolly Pumpkin beer that hasn’t impressed me.

Pours a ruby red color with a big, foamy white head. Aroma is spicy, sour Jolly Pumpkin funk smell. The tart, vinegar like smell of a Flemish Sour is here but a little more subdued and appetizing. Taste is smooth, tart, subtly sour that is flavorful but extremely easy to drink. Another solid brew from JP.
