Malty aroma with some sweet scents. Dkar brown with red hues. Medium palate. Very much like a barleywine I thought with sweet flavors and caramel malts prevailing over the hints of hops and sourness.

Lots of sourness dominates the aroma.Pours a medium copper with a medium off white head.Has a funky sourness with a big malt backbone in the flavor.Mouthfeel is a little thin with some yeast in the finish.

hazy, murky orange color. lots going on in the aroma, coriander, yeast, orange, lemon, apple, a hint of mint. flavour is beautiful, sweetness with apples, and a slight tarness that is followed buy a loverly bitterness that reminds me a lemonade. as the beer wamrs up, its very much tart like a lambic. mouthfell is so smooth, and lots of lovely gentle carbonation. outstanding beer!

Wonderful smell. Rather spicy with a lightly sour twinge. Light, malty, sour flavor. Bubbly mouth feel.

Bottle (thanks to Jrob_21) poured a clear gold color with a nice fizzy white head. Aroma was hoppy, spicy, yeasty and had a small hint of oak as it warmed. The taste was smooth with a fair amount of hop bitterness and flavor. The spices come trough nicely and knock down the belgian yeast strain flavor. Not my fav. style, but this one was very enjoyable.

Bottle. Cloudy golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma of sourness, acid and little youghurt-like. Flavour of malt, alcohol and someway little sour and acid. Not the best taste i had.

750 ml bottle, pitted this up against the grand reserve firefly. Sour funnky aroma, vinegar, vegatable, tomato. I can’t get over this bad funky aroma. Tall white head, orange, hazed color. Sour fruit flavors, very complex. Hops, dry apples, oak, alcohol, creamy funky, I’m not enjoying this as much as other JP beers. I’ll give it a second try some other time.

Bottle sampled. pours light amber with some hazyness, and with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, citrus, spices, hops, and belgian style yeast. The flavor is sweet, fruit, citrus, spices, belgian yeast.
