Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is lightly sour and spiced, and the flvaour is sour, vinous and spiced. Overall an average Belgian style beer.

Sampled at hellbilly’s hellraiser 3 gathering. Yet another bottle courtesy of psprings! Pours a golden orange color with a big foamy head. Flavor and aroma of apples, yeast, wood, spice and a touch of funk. A bit sour and very dry. Nice. Thanks Paul!

Bottle, bought @ Ølbutikken, Cph.
Pours hazy orange with a giant, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, lots of brett, wood, oranges, green apples and a touch of strawberries. Light tartness. High carbonation, good dryness, but perhaps a tad watery. Flavour is dry, brett, some funkiness, wood and subdued vanilla and melons. Elegant and extremely drinkable.

750 mL bottle from Bruisin’ Ales in Asheville, NC. Pours a clear copper color with a large head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, tart fruits including melon and strawberry. Taste is very dry with leafy vegetal notes, citrus and earthy notes. Full bodied.

Pours and orange color with some haziness. Aroma and flavors are both funky brett, lemons, apples and a little spice. Always a great beer.

Crushed with Jakebra at Falling Rock. Nice spicy nose. Coriander (first time I’ve said that), light fruits, some funk. Flavor is badass, funky and delicious. One of the best JP’s I’ve had.

Hazy orange-amber colour. Looks dull at a distance but held up to light it shimmers. Rocky, thick head. The aroma melds a distinct brettanomyces note with lively fruits such as mango, lemon and calamansi. There’s a subtle spice underpinning, along with light toasty malts. The body has suprising alcohol firmness for a 6.5% beer. Nice spritziness, too, and a juicy acidity. The flavour leans towards herbal bitterness with just a hint of citrus. The malts remain understated, despite providing light toast and substantial heft to the body. The finish is very dry, highlighting a variety of characteristics including brettanomyces, dusty yeast, abundant herbal hop and just a kiss of acidity. Strong wood notes are present throughout this beer but at no point do I find them dominant. Complex, fantastic.

Botella. Deep golden colour. Fruity spiced sweet aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet and fruity spiced flavour with some yeast and a pleasant bitterness. Nice!
