22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge, white, rocky and slowly collapsing dense head. Aroma is dry brett with a mild caramel note and a subdued fruity hops accent. Smooth hoppy, mild brett and orange fruity flavoured - delicate coriander spice notes. Nice mild caramel malty base with a light and delicate sweetness. Medium dry, orange fruity and light hops bitterness into a smooth and nicely balanced finish.

Orange with white head. Pepper, apply, yeast, wood. A little sour. Aftertaste is tart and dry. Not my favorite, but a very complex and interesting beer.

750 ml bottle via trade batch 296/297 according to the sticker on back. Ok now Im not sure if I had gotten a semi-infected bottle but i read about 6 pages of reviews and no mention of bad bottles anywhere. Initial pour was a crisp clear burnt orange-amber with lots of rising carbonatin and a super huge foamy white head. End of the bottle was a very hazy burnt orange-amber with an average size creamy white head. Now the aroma is what made me think this one might have been on the off side because that classic sour lemon, wet wood, funky aroma was the only scents coming through. Palate was my next clue with a thin body and super strong carbonation that seemed to foam up even more upon hitting your mouth. My third and final clue was the only flavor that was detectable was some sour ass funk. Now maybe I’m still not a brett/sour fan but this one by no means lived up the hype of a 3.81 beer with close to 500 ratings (at the time I rated it anyway).

750ml bottle thanks to dchmela. Pours a glowing golden orange with a fluffy off-white head that has great retention and very good lacing. Aroma of wood, coriander, red wine, sweet caramel and slight diacetyl note. Taste is dry with a bit of funk and light tartness. Some caramelized pop-corn, wood and an interesting herbal note. Lively bubbles and a bone dry mouthfeel.

750ml bottle (batch 296/297) served in a Duvel tulip. Pours light amber with a massive fluffy head, effervescent carbonation. Lots of sour apple on the nose as well as some wood and funk. Very dry throughout with light spiciness, has notes of leather, wood, funk, apple, bread. Finishes dry with a light tartness. The head lasts forever and ever and leaves some impressive lacing. Very interesting.

0.75 l bottle at Konttori, Tampere. Hazy copper to amber color with creamy head. Sour horsey aroma with raspberry, strawberry and oak. Dry, sour and horsey flavor with strawberry and some spicy phenols. Slightly tannic yet silky mouthfeel.
