Full bodied and dry palate with little carbonation. Sourness, fruitiness, bitterness and bit of grapefruit in taste. Bitterness and sourness in aftertaste.

Jan 23, 2009 (Bottled) Clear amber with almost no head. Sourish and acidic aroma with some caramely maltiness. Dry and sourish-malty flavor with some caramely maltiness. Medium-bodied, slicky palate with low, soft carbonation. Pleasant, Orval-like, dry and tart brew.

Jan 21, 2009 Complex, well rounded, lightly sour ale. Light and spicy, with notes of coriander, clove, vanilla and some malt depth and complexity, slight toffee. A little musty, and flowery from hops. Has that undescribeable "brett" flavor, often called barnyard. A definite farmhouse character to this one.

Jan 9, 2009 750ml bottle. Poured with half a glass of foam. Same as another user here in Orlando experienced the same week, the store may not have handled them well. Light copper color. Had a nice tart lemony aroma. Nice and dry with a spicy and slightly sour charactor. Very nice beer.
