Commercial Description:
The Firefly, an artisan pale ale brewed in the Grand Cru tradition. Enjoy its golden effervescence and gentle hop aroma. Coriander and Grains of Paradise round out the spicy palate, melting o so softly into a silken finish of hoppiness and bliss! Make any season a celebration!

In a word, awesome! Pours with a massive head which settles slowly. Hoppy, spicy aroma. Not to steal from the commercial description, but definitely a silky mouthfeel with a massive (but not vegetal) hop flavor. Reminds me of some of the best homebrewed pale ales I’ve tried. If Jolly Pumpkin ever stops brewing this, I’ll probably cry myself to sleep for days!

Pours with a pillowy white head - smells of sour fruits. Tart and effervescent mouth feel. Much like a mort subite. Not my favorite style but nice.

Bottle. 25.4 oz. Split with Braden. Pours deep brownish amber with a thick, beige head. Aroma of spice, malt, hops, malt, clove, and hints of vanilla. Full bodied with a tangy, spicy finish. Great Beglian ale.

I’m not going to lie, I was a little drunk when I opened this one. From what I can remember it was yeasty with a spicy/citrus finish.

Pours a hazy orange with beige head. Aroma of yeast, spice, grass, malt. Similar taste. A citric bitter finish. Not a big fan of this one.

Pours a fizzy, lasting ring of beige head with a hazy, copper-orange body. Grass, zest, yeast, cherry candy aroma. Flavor is the same as the aroma but with a vegetal, sour bite and somewhat muted.
