Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium amber, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, caramel), lightly yeasty (cobwebs, barnyard), with light notes of sherry, apple skin, autumn leaves, hint of bourbon? Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Not much to say...sour and not much of an aroma.

Kind of a dark golden colour with some floaties. We got coriander right away along with a few other spices. Citrusy sweeteness with some spice and wood. A bit of...not sour...not dry...b ut somethign similar.

Served slightly above ideal temp. Pours to a cloudy but glowing resinous amber hue. Coriander and honeyed green apples leap from the glass. Notes of sour cherries and oak. A breathtaking dance of subtle candy sweetness and wild cavelike sourness in the mouth. Quiet notes of green spices, caramelized nuts and simple tart fruits strum a beautiful chord, familiar but fresh. Like a permeating dry white wine in the mouth, a Chardonnay with a dark bourbon edge. A unique experience. Thanks for sharing, Eric!

Nose-Sulphur, wheaty, pear, earthy, woody, tea leaves. Body-brownish orange with a medium ring of bubbles and a thin film of bubbles. Taste-orange, low alcohol, clove, sharp, coriander, light black pepper, grape skins, light wood, very sharp mouthfeel that enhances all of the flavors. Light apple, perfumey, light sour, prickly.
