| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Dec 28, 2008 Pours dark red with a large light tan head. Aroma is sour with some hints of oak citrus and an off smell that I would best describe a sewage. Mouth feel is very carbonated and a bit sticky. Flavor is in your face sour at first, but mellows after just a bit to reveal bourbon, dark fruit and some malty sweetness. The after taste is string of oak and definitely the best part of this beer. Flavour is pleasantly sweet, fruity, some cherries, brett, vinious, wood and a good, clear tartness. Some spiciness as well. Very drinkable for the ABV. tsetlock (66), Livonia, Michigan, USA

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Dec 23, 2008 A great offering for Christmas. I couldnt detect any of the alcohol on this one. Goes from sour to spicy sweet in a weird matter of minutes. Excellent. The finish is super smooth and creamy. Jayb0 (752), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 23, 2008 A nice beer with some up fron sourness, slipping into a sweet, (mild) dark fruit middle and a surprsingly clean, dry finish for the ABV. You can actually cleanse your palate with this beer. pineypower (1104), Pine Barrens, New Jersey, USA
