750 ml bottle - thanks to bvc for sharing; 2007 bottle, blend 4; dark brown and mostly clear with tan head; sour and spice dominate with some wood, chocolate and dank fruit; great texture with mild zing on the lips; cherries, chocolate and pretty sweet; funk is there but at a mild level; very nice; thanks brandon!

Tasted 9/23/08. 750ml bottle. Hazy with a dark brown hue. Dissipating beige head. Bretty, bitter yeast characters. Raspberries and black cheeries. Touch cranberry. Medium bodeid and tart. Bitter palate. Mild cinnamon spice. Tart and estery with lively effervescence. Undertones of honey and toffee. Grape candy. Decent spice and hop characters. Lotta fruit and a rolling palate. The slight spice character only shines as the bitter grapefruit effervescence subsides. The second pour is activated with a sizably larger head. Woody notes come through as the beer warms and opens up. Big palate and a wonderful lzesty carbonation. Sticky cloying finish. Tart vinegar and sweet sugary caramel. Wow!

750 ml bottle. Aromas of tart fruit and some caramel like sweetness. Flavors were roasted and oaky. Some more no-too-tart fruit in the finish. Pretty good.

Hazy brown with large creamy beige head. Sweet and sour aroma with berries, wood, caramel and roasted malt. Sour flavor with caramel, roasted malt, berries and wood. Ends sour.

Hazy deep amber colour with an off white head. Fruity, light tart aroma with malty sweet notes. Fruity, tart and light yeasty flavor with a citric note.
