Pours a vibrant hazy medium gold with a thin white head that is both very fine and is studded with larger bubbles. Aroma has a nice malt presence with barrel-aged characteristics, nuttiness, spice, and soft alcohol with a sour, almost cheesey edge surrounding everything. Everything in the aroma is intensified in the flavor--except for the sourness, which quickly dissipates after the attack. Spicy, cheesey aged hops combined with a unique fermentation funkiness combine for a highly unusual vein running through this beer. Alongside a perplexing yellow corn tortilla chip-like malt nuttiness and depth and heft from the alcohol a bizarro nacho melange is formed. Highly unusual.

750ml bottle at Novare Res. Now this is what i’m talking about! Pours a light golden cloudy color with a big white head. Aroma is spicy, sweet, and oaky. Flavor is nice somewhat crisp light malt with a hint of spices, and oak flavors. The finish is sour and very nice. Overall this to me tastes like a Triple with sour yeast and oak barrel aging. Very nice!

Another spicy, sour and hoppy offering from JP. This offering is quite sour, gold colored and hazy, and has esters to boot: pear, apple, slight bannana. Doesn’t have the quite the barnyard-farmhouse "Breet" going in your face, possibly due to other organisms besides Brett? Need to find out more.

Hazy orange/golden coloured body with a super dense off-white head-very nice for the style! Aroma of wheat, yeast, coriander seed, a bit of nutmeg and some light sugars. Medium-bodied; Sweet taste showing spices and plentiful yeast. Aftertaste more full-bodied; Curacao and coriander seed also noticeable. Overall, a mix between a Belgian Wit & a Tripel - nice for a warm & sunny summer day on the Chesapeake Bay! I sampled this 75 cL bottle purchased from Merchant’s in Dearborn, Michigan on 28-May-2005 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

Batch 314. Pours hazy golden straw color with essentially no head (weird). Smell is sweet and acidic. Taste has some pear, apple juice, oak, very chardonnay like. Low in carbonation. Minimal hops. Eh.

Pours hazy orange body. Aroma is sweet malt and some citrus. The flavor is tart, reminds me of the calabaza blanche, smooth and delicious.

Pours a slightly hazy gold with a tall white head. Very Belgian-like aroma, sweet and tart citrus, and orangey scents. Delicious flavor of very sweet candy, slightly sour lemon, and orange fruit. This has a very smooth and full body. The flavors mingle very well and leave an amazingly pure, sweet aftertaste.

Pours a very hazy/cloudy golden yellow with copper hues. Very thick white head. Aroma is tart lemon, yeast. Flavor is tart with lemon notes. Also a nutty undertone at finish. Yeast is noticeable. Definitely a ’dry’ flavor. Body is creamy with high carbonation.
