Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle.
[batch 275]
Comes pouring out really fast - and the foam just keeps on coming! Still, a wonderful pour in the glass. Slightly hazy golden with a fine, steady, whipped-cream, white head. Super lacing. Fine duration. Lovely fruity aroma, oranges, citrus, apple and lovely brett funkiness as well. Fine, high carbonation with small bubbles. Flavour is wonderfully dry, good fruitiness. Some oranges, apricot, viniousness. Wonderful spicy finish with pepper and coriander. Great and very drinkable - almost Saison-like.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 20 Sep 2008) Cloudy orange/yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of apricots and citrus. Sourish, fruity taste with apricots, citrus and a tart, dry finish. Rather spicy and very tasty. Very refreshing and nice.

750ml bottle (batch 275) shared with larsga and reakt at Plan B, Copenhagen. Very alive and kicking when opened at the café. After a while we managed to take control of the spout. Hazy, golden body under a thin, white head. Great lacing on the glass. Fruit and pale malt to the nose. Flavoured with pumpkin and bittersweet fruits added a spicy touch, culminating in a satisfying, tart finish (15.09.2008).

Pours a slightly hazy deep gold color with a dense foamy white head that lasts and laces nicely. Nice aroma of sweet light fruit, citrus, yeast and spice. Sweet and sour malty fruit flavor. A bit of spicy pepper shows up on the rather dry finish. Medium bodied, well carbonated. A very good brew!

25.4 oz bottle. Cloudy olive yellow with a rocky white head that leaves a thick lacy coating. Nose is lemon funk, wheat, yeast and ginger with a touch of creamy hop. Medium body with fluffy carb. Taste is green banana, lemon peel, perfume and toffee. Good brew bit i’ve been finding the regular JP lineup to be more of the same.

An enticing hazy golden body is headed by white foam, but the spice was AWOL for me. I just get malt and sweetness both in the bouquet and the flavor. I’m not happy with that vinegary note which, on my tongue, is the dominant note.

Medium white head. Hazy yellow body with carbonation. Thinnish peppery fruity aroma with soft metallic notes. Dry-sweet-acidic fruity peppery taste with tart vinegary notes. Soft, mild, mouthfeel. Dryish yoghurty wooden peppery aftertaste. (0.75l bottle from Rune at plan b, Copenhagen. Batch #275.)
