750 ml bottle from Plaza Liquor - Pours a hazy light golden color with a good size white head. Faint lacing. Aroma is kind of complex. It’s light lemon, banana, spices, light yeast, and light esters. Flavor is much of the same. Light to medium body. A smooth easy drinking beer

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a thin off-white head that quickly fades into a thin ring. Little to no lacing left behind Earthy funky oak aroma and quite a bit of hops. Lots of citrus fruit; lemon peel and grapefruit. Musky barnyard funk with some nice oak and vanilla notes. Very interesting and unique flavors going on here. Nice earthy oak funkiness with quite a bit of vanilla character. Lots of citrus peel and grapefruit. Possibly some lighter crsip fruit notes. Apple? There is a nice hop presence as well providing a bitterness that balances thins out pretty well and a dry finish.

750 shared with my son Stuart. Opened very aggressive, with the foam running out of the bottle right out of the refrigerator. Bright gold, hazy, big head. Nose is funky, citrusy, lemony, hoppy. Taste is the same with heavy carbonation and a light body. Easy to drink and delicious.

unfiltered yet not foggy, yellow gold color, thin light lace, barnyard brett nose, acidic aroma, tart blonde body, brett, acid, funk, dry Orvalesque flavors in finish, well bitttered and very similar to Orval again in that aspect, wild flavors are well developed, not rip your face off sours but quite tart

22oz Bomber. Picked this one up for $11.99. as soon as i popped the cap this head began to flow from the top of the bottle. This continued for about 5 minutes. First pour was similar. Pours a hazy golden color with tons of head. Very interesting aroma, its sweet and funky. Taste carries the same funk, but also sweet and spicy. Some tart bitter flavor in the aftertaste. It is actually very delicious.

Appearance: Pours a bright yellow gold with a retaining, yet small white head. Aroma: Sour citrus and berry notes and a tad bit of woodiness. Taste: A soury, woody flavor, some earthy, dirty hops, grape skin. Finishes oaky and citrusy. Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and slightly puckering. Overall: This was highly enjoyable for me. It was a complex yet balanced sour.

Pours a deep golden color with a giant puffy head. Massive. head. Leaks out of the bottle gushing all over the place. Nose is sour and a bit funky, some horse blanket, citrus, spice, and pepper. Not bad. Taste is both sweet and sour, Lots of lemon citrus, honey, pepper, sourness, etc. Tasty as hell. Wish I had a bottle date, looks dusty and aged.
