Earthy funky oak aroma and quite a bit of hops. Lots of citrus fruit; lemon peel and grapefruit. Musky barnyard funk with some nice oak and vanilla notes.
Very interesting and unique flavors going on here. Nice earthy oak funkiness with quite a bit of vanilla character. Lots of citrus peel and grapefruit. Possibly some lighter crsip fruit notes. Apple? There is a nice hop presence as well providing a bitterness that balances thins out pretty well and a dry finish. bleeng (597), Spring near Beersel, Texas, USA
