| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 17, 2007 Hazy yellow body, huge white head leaving the most beautiful lacing; Great nose, refined, fresh, very true, lots of hop, menthol, lemon in an incredibly complex and balanced way; Big soft carbonation, bitter, slightly sour, good, complex; Long slightly sour finish, lots of brett dryness, wood, lemon peel and juice. Amazing beer, maybe the truest US sour beer I have had. crizay (1050), Brook Park (was Tampa,FL), Ohio, USA

Taste is very sweet and sour with a lemony bite to it, slight oak but there’s a ton of oak sourness, some belgian funk and spice to it and yes more sourness and citrus. Very tart and refreshing this is a damn good summer beer. redlight (1489), Winter Park, Florida, USA
