Bottle at Winking Lizard Crosswoods location. Cloudy yellow pour with a thin white head. Funky aroma with lemon zest and some cherry. Funky lemon flavor with a bitter hop finish.

Pours a hazy straw with a fluffy white head. Aromas of spice, yeast, touch of funk, citrus, and a bit of light breadiness waft up. flavor is of spice bread, sweet, effervescent, a bit of fruitiness and a touch of funk at the finish. the oak barrel aging is manifested in a touch of woodiness in the finish and good mellow character. yummy

Brewed in the USA.... Courtesy of AFI96, thanks Waylo !!! Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium white head and some mild carbonation. Aroma of spices, funk, yeast and lemons. Taste is also of mild funk, spices, bread and some floral notes. Mouthfeel is well balanced and very enjoyable.

blond beer with an intense bouquet a hoppy citrus aroma and a sour taste. Not my kind of beer, but I appreciated it anyway!

750ml bottle served in a shaker glass. As I was opening it I told my friends that JP’s beers were know to be gushers. Wouldn’t you know it, this sucker exploded as soon as the cap was cracked. After it settled down it poured clear gold with a huge meringue like head. Smelled of funk, spices, oak, and slightly tart vaguely reminiscent of sweet tarts. Taste was similar but a bit more oak and funk forward. I thought it was very good though most of my drinking buddies didn’t share my enthusiasm.

75 cl bottle at my garage-tasting May 8th. Hazy yellowish with big white head. Aroma is sour with spices, fruit and yeast. The flavor is much the same, in fine balance. Another interesting and very drinkable beer from Jolly Pumpkin.

Batch #229. Pours a murky yellow with a great off-white head that lasts a long time; as others have stated it reminds of meringue. The nose is sour cherries, mixed with funk and cinnamon/nutmeg. The taste follows suit with the nose, and the linger on the palette is downright delicious. The cherries really stick around on the palette which is awesome. The beer has a velvety carbonation, and appropriate for the style. I can’t think of a sour I enjoy more. This is so balanced without being over the top sour.
