Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity combined with lighter notes of brettanomyces and some acidity. The flavor is sweet and at the same time rather acidic from brettanomyces, combined with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches, leading to a dry bitter end.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of sk8viking. Hazy, orangey brown with a beige head. Acidity in the nose, vinegar plus oak and overripe fruit. Medium body with some caramel, oak and vanilla - both sweetness and acidity. The finish is dry and tart. Delicious indeed. 290407

(12oz bottle) Lightly hazed dark amber body topped by small beige head that rapidly diminishes to a ring. Aroma is moderately sweet, cherry sourness, oak, light caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grape/vinous, cherry, oak. Fairly sour. Medium body, some acidity, quite drinkable even if a bit thin. This is yummy, and I recognize that my spare description doesn’t do it justice -- thanks to artusory for hauling it back for me.

750ml bottle acquired in trade with Styles (thanks!). Poured a deep and cloudy orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of brett, funky, leather, green apples, and cherries. Tastes of fruits, caramel, oak, and some citrus. Nice tart and lightly sour finish. Lacing left on the glass. Yet another winner from JP!

Pours a hazy dark copper orange with a dense, frothy light tan head, with some thin wispy-lacing. Big, complex, lightly caramely malty sweet with fresh woody oak and complex tart, funky light fruity notes. Body starts smooth, full-bodied, complex, lightly sweet and balanced with good semi-tart oaky fruit. Finishes slightly thinner, crisp and tart with lingering fresh earthy oaky notes. A very nicely balanced and enjoyable beer.
