Very distinct aroma of JP yeast. Barnyard, straw, bretty-funk. Also some tropical zest and lemonade smells. Flavor is very tart, like lemonade. There is a hint of wheat. i was not expecting a sour. as a matter of fact I was expecting a Weizen Bock. A sour German Hefe? It drink pretty good. Finishes very dry, with a touch of wood tannins. Aroma is oaky, JP yeast, lemon, tropical fruit, a little sour, brett and a good amount of funk with barnyard. Flavor is lemon, orange and some other citrus, peaches, a little grain, brett, oak, jp yeast, dryer. Light, almost watery body with light carbonation. Aroma is fruity, grape, light to moderate hoppy, citrus notes, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet to light light heavy and light citrus acidic with a long duration, and a dry finish. Aroma of light tart citrus and pale malted wheat. Body starts lightly sweet and effervescent with a nice balance of light lemony tartness before a smooth, slightly doughy finish.
