Cloudy brown. Lots of yeast. Wheat and banana aroma. A little rough on the palate, with sweet flavors of wheat, banana, and light citrus. Good.

Aroma has plenty of the requisite, banana and bubblegum and you could actually smell some of the darker German malts used. This aroma is spot on. Taste is creamy banana and dark malt, again ,very appealing ,a little harshness in finish, like the bitterness had you sucked on the banana peel for a second. Otherwise surprisingly good

Yes! So glad I picked this up at Trader Joe’s today. Six pack pours an impressive white head over dark amber body. All the typical hefeweizen flavors, with a sweet aftertaste that reminded me to brush my teeth.

Bottle picked up at the Orland Park, IL, Trader Joe’s - This poured a cloudy light brown body capped by a large yellowish beige head. That rapidly devolved into one finger (albeit my skinny pinky) in height that lasted throughout the drink. The aroma was of very ripe bananas, a touch of bubblegum, and a suggestion of clove. This seem a bit spritzy for style, but delivered solid flavors of banana, caramel, and clove. Not bad.

Very nice deep reddish orange pour. The caramel taste is very pronounced and there is a good buttery aftertaste. I would definitely like to have another one of these. Would buy again

Nice aroma of bananas and caramel. A little too much carbonation with an odd buttery after taste.

Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Pours cloudy copper with a thin off-white head. Banana, caramel and honey aroma. Light body, and fizzy, active carbonation. The taste is bananas, band aids, toffee, spice. Crisp and wheaty finish. Despite all the carbonation, there is a very light buttery quality to this beer, but I’m betting it would still be nicely refreshing on a hot summer day.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark brown with a creamy head. Forward banana and bubble-gum aroma that is pretty standard for a weizen. Sweet caramel flavor with some wheat tang and spice. Medium body with fizzy, crisp carbonation. Pretty solid dunkelweizen, though not quite up to the better German ones I’ve had.
