This is drinkable. Lovely rich haziness, light chestnut brown color with a foaming dense head, lacing well. Moderate aroma but some complexity to the flavor profile, including a bubblegum & banana mid-palate, with good maltiness and moderate sweetness. Carbonation is a bit less than the task requires but it’s decent. Bottle from Trader Joes.

Thin head very fine carbonation. A alcohl after taste. But a nice sweet carmel wheat flavor.

Great yeast flavors but with an odd bitterness. Very smooth and is quite mellow cold and as it warms. Aroma is slightly skunky Hefe. Is it labeled as a generic Trader Joes beer? Decent stuff.

12oz bottle served in a shaker. Cloudy brown pour with thin, lasting head of soapy tan foam. A small amount of slippery lace was left around the glass. The aroma had a nose of fresh bananas, nuts, toasted caramel, and also some hints of chocolate. The flavor had spicy clove, bananas, toasted wheat, and nuts. Also an underlying tartness. The mouthfeel was watery and thin. Light to medium-bodied. Light carbonation. It smells good, but the flavor just doesn’t deliver.

Pours a murky copper color - aroma of malt, wheat, spice and some fruit. Taste of malt, banana and yeast with some wheat. Mouthfeel was pretty solid. Actually a pretty suprisingly decent beer.

Pours a murky yellow brown color with a big tan head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma is a strong banana and light clove aroma with some caramel sweetness in the background and light wheat note hidden away at the end. Flavor has a rich banana and clove note, a light wheat middle with a finish of some mild roasted and caramel notes. The mouth feel for the beer is really nice with a low fine carbonation and a great density. Overall one of the better dunkelweizens out there. A pretty good brew with lots of flavor with a solid feel that matches the style of brew very well.

I agree with BeerBaron617...Tastes really crappy. It poured a hazy brownish amber with an off white head. It didn’t really have any defining aroma to it, slightly yeasty. Taste: like they took bread and water, mashed it up and then drained the juice - fermented that, and poured it in a bottle. Not cute, will not buy again, not a fan.

This tasted like shit. Don’t buy this. I love trader joe’s, but you need to commission someone else to brew your beer.
