Foxbush (452), Richmond, Virginia, USA Nov 6, 2009 This Octoberfest is not very good. The head was nice and the color was clear golden. the taste was not inpressive. It is thin and astringent. This was one to buy again. tomthompson89 (1459), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Nov 4, 2009 go,lden color, some white foam. nose is sweet but with some grass, flavor is malty again with a bit of hop Grassyness. nice thirst quencher DrinkEmUpJones (14), USA Oct 30, 2009 Sour wet wheat medium aroma. Fairly clear golden orage appearance. A mild sweet flavor with a medium bitter and sour finish. Medium body with an oily texture and a sour finish. OK buy for the price (better than bud light). jefcon (997), Arlington, Virginia, USA Oct 19, 2009 Pours a bubbly golden with a lasting head and some lacing from the bottle. Aromas are light, but bready and nutty. Faint pine. Flavors of alcohol up front, with an ethanol taste and some pine from conservative hopping. Malts toward the finish, and they taste like well-done toast. Disappearing finish. Good nut flavors. BVery (446), Burnsville, Minnesota, USA Oct 17, 2009 BOTTLE: amber pour, small white-ish head. Malt and caramel on the nose, nut and spice on taste. Decent, but not great. AmEricanbrew (1747), Louisiana, USA Oct 14, 2009 Clear amber with a fleeting white head. Very mild aroma is spicy caramel. Light/medium body. Mild malty flavor is Gordon’s house lager yeast with mild spicy caramel. Worth a try I suppose. Gromit (460), Port Orchard, Washington, USA Oct 10, 2009 Oh, wow. Not good. Not downright nasty, but definitely not desirable. Man, I don’t even know where to start. It’s astringent, thin, and... man, I’m trying to find something good to say about this, but there’s just nothin’. Oh, wait: Nice amber color and poured with a nice head, but it went away quickly. Avoid this beer. mike4aker (25), USA Oct 9, 2009 Has a nice amber color and tastes much better than it smells. It has a clean, crisp flavor with hints of caramel.
