No real aroma to speak of. Appearance is a dark amber almost to a clear brown. There really is not much flavor either. A little caramel malt, but thats it. It is very wattery, and somewhat unpleasant to tell the truth.

Tried this in Anaheim in September on their patio. Not a lot of bite to it. Rather flat. Wouldn’t order it again.

Clear reddish amber appearance. Malty aroma, caramel, grainy, mild dry nuttiness. Dryish grainy oatmeal biscuit flavor, mild caramel undertones, decent hop bite in the finish and lingering bitter citrus.

Tap in Disneyland! Tangy, with an unwelcome bitter aftertaste. Did not even finish the sampler.

Liked thsi the least of all of the 6 sampled. No aroma at all and all it had was a malty sweetness without any bitter to counter. BORING.

Amber color, thin head. Decent maltiness, but nothing stands out about this beer. Still - not terrible, just average.

This beer seems to be the brewpubs unofficial flagship beer. I guess Grampa is to blame for this. Amber (almost identical to the IPA) with a thin light beige head. Minimal lacing. Aroma was lightly malty. The flavor was smooth malt but kind of weak and had just a hint of hops in the finish. This could be something but they need to give it more pizzazz (yes that word is in MS Word’s spell-check).
