| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 10, 2003 This beer seems to be the brewpubs unofficial flagship beer. I guess Grampa is to blame for this. Amber (almost identical to the IPA) with a thin light beige head. Minimal lacing. Aroma was lightly malty. The flavor was smooth malt but kind of weak and had just a hint of hops in the finish. This could be something but they need to give it more pizzazz (yes that word is in MS Word’s spell-check). kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
