Clear copper appearance. Fresh fruit juice blend in the aroma of pineapple and grapefruit. Pineapple and orange fruit on the palate work well against the intense biting citric grapefruit, alcohol warmth is mildly noticeable. May lack a little in body but an excellent blend of tropical fruits and bitter citrus.

From tap at the brewpub as Anaheim India Pale Ale. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Distinct crisp grapefruity aroma. Bitter flavoured and with a subdued sweet and crisp grapefruity hops flavour. Bitter and grapefruity flavoured finish.

On tap. Clear amber golden with an off-white head leaving some laces. Very fresh and peachy hop aroma. Medium-bodied, notes of caramel and fruit with a solid hop finish with the good aroma hops shining through. 050709

On top at the brewpub. IN all honesty this one isn’t really as bad as the low score may attest. Amber type color. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit, with some floral to it. I found it pretty full in the body. Pretty bitter and decently tasty; some caramel, fruit, flowers and citrus. Solid for me.

Now we are getting somewhere! This was a pretty good IPA. Amber color with a thin off-white head and some lacing. Nice floral hops aroma. Decent hops bite with a somewhat bitter finish. I bet this would be good off the cask.

Had a nice mellow floral hop aroma to go with a light amber color. This IPA was sweet, dry and crisp.

OC tour, tap at brewpub: Golden hue with very nice frothy head and lace. The aroma has notes of citrus, grassy and piney hops, bready and biscuity malt, and some clove hop spice. The taste has a nice biting citric and bitter tone with a biscuity and spicy background. The mouth feel is sharp and aggressive with a dry finish. A serviceable brew indeed.

On tap @ brewpub. Malty IPA.Mild hop aroma. Some mild hop presence but malts seem to overbear the hops. More of an APA but not bad
