Dec 5, 2007 OC tour, tap at brewpub: Golden and fizzy head, some lace. The aroma has notes of corny grainy malt, grassy herbal hops, and apple ester. The taste starts grainy and slightly sweet with a clean hint of citrus. This crisp and light beer is drinkable.

Oct 2, 2005 Tried this in Anaheim in September on their patio. Bit light for my liking. Very pale in colour. I prefer a darker hoppier beer.

Aug 31, 2005 Clear yellow appearance. Sweet malty buttery nose. Sweet malty palate, bready, buttery, light hop bite in the finish, mildly refreshing.

Mar 9, 2004 Clear, straw yellow colored with a decent sized head. Aroma of bubblegum. Sweet tasting. For their lightest beer, this aint bad. Tasty & smooth.

Jan 10, 2003 Gold color with mild effervescence and a thin head as white as hospital sheets. Very mild hops aroma. Light and crisp flavor was just this side of boring. Mildly dry finish. Okay for a light.
