Aug 10, 2008 A cloudy honey colored beer. This is a well hopped effort but is much sweeter than expected. The hops provide tartness and bitterness but are over powered by the caramel malt. This might be the sweetest APA I have ever had.

Jun 29, 2008 Poured a semi hazey orange colour with a small off white head. Aroma is faint of citrus notes, soft hops and fresh flowers. Taste is mildly acidic, grapefruit, lime and grass. Nice beer overall.

May 19, 2008 Served on draught at the Wisconsin Micro-brewers Beerfest in Chilton, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-hazy orange amber brew with an average off-white head that slowly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of light citrus and grapefruit zest, some caramel malt, a touch of fruit character and some mild herbal spice. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with a good balance of caramel malt and citrus zest hop flavor with a fruity character. Finish has a light bitterness that adds a nice touch to this American Pale Style ale.

Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 6/22/07: Hazy orange amber pour has a thin ring of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet caramel malt with a touch of piny hops. Body starts fairly full and sweet with a decent piny hop balance before a more bitter, yet warming finish. A pretty good APA.

Nov 4, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Poured an opaque golden with a nice white head that hung around for a while. Aroma of sharp, citrusy hops. Tasted of light grapefruit and some fresh cut grass with a very good hop balance - not too bitter. Aftertaste was slightly clean but sweet. Not too bad of a beer.
